The aluminum-based master alloy is made of aluminum as the matrix, and some metal elements with high melting temperature are melted into aluminum to form new alloy materials with specific functions. It can not only greatly improve the comprehensive performance of metals, expand the application field of metals, but also reduce manufacturing costs.

The processing and forming of most aluminum materials requires the addition of aluminum-based master alloys to the primary aluminum to adjust the composition of the aluminum melt. The melting temperature of the aluminum-based master alloy is significantly reduced, so that some metal elements with higher melting temperatures are added to the molten aluminum at a lower temperature to adjust the element content of the melt.

ONE WORLD can provide aluminum-titanium alloy, aluminum-rare earth alloy, aluminum-boron alloy, aluminum-strontium alloy, aluminum-zirconium alloy, aluminum-silicon alloy, aluminum-manganese alloy, aluminum-iron alloy, aluminum-copper alloy, aluminum-chromium alloy and aluminum-beryllium alloy. The aluminum-based master alloy is mainly used in the field of aluminum deep processing in the middle reaches of the aluminum alloy industry.

The aluminum-base master alloy provided by ONE WORLD has the following characteristics.

The content is stable and the composition is uniform.
Low melting temperature and strong plasticity.
Easy to break and easy to add and absorb.
Good corrosion resistance

The aluminum-base master alloy is mainly used in the aluminum deep processing industry, the terminal application involves wire and cable, automobile, aerospace, electronic appliances, building materials, food packaging, medical equipment, military industry and other industries, which can make the material lightweight.

The aluminum-based master alloy should be stored in a dry, ventilated and moisture-proof warehouse.

1) Alloy ingots are supplied as standard, in bundles of four ingots, and the net weight of each bundle is about 30kg.

2) Alloy code, production date, heat number and other information are marked on the front of the alloy ingot.
