Cable jelly Optical cable filling gel is generally a light yellow translucent paste, which made of mineral oil, coupling agent, tackifier, antioxidant, etc. in a certain proportion under certain process conditions.
cable jelly is a gel-like filling compound filled in the gap of the optical cable core, which is aimed to prevent water from seeping longitudinally into the loose tube and the cable core after each sheath is ruptured, and plays the role of sealing and waterproofing, anti-stress buffering, etc.
We can provide various types of optical cable jelly filling gel, cable jelly to meet the needs of different products and different conditions, and effectively solve the problem of water seepage of optical cable under various environmental and climatic conditions.
The optical cable filling gel, cable jelly provided by our company has good chemical stability, temperature stability, water repellency, thixotropy, minimal hydrogen evolution, less bubbles, good compatibility with loose tube, metal composite tape and sheath, and is non-toxic and harmless to humans.
Mainly used for filling the gap of outdoor loose-tube optical cable core.
